Trash Talk quietly monitors the public internet for what people are saying about you or your business — flagging complaints, rumors, and unwarranted reviews before they spread.
Would love to see a way to reply directly through the dashboard to flagged posts, maybe with pre drafted responses tailored to the complaint type. Right now you can spot issues fast but the next step still means switching tabs to address them.
Finally gave this a spin and honestly the early alerts are pretty clutch, like catching a weird review thread on Reddit before it snowballed. Wish the dashboard was a bit easier to skim though, kind of dense on first look.
