Would love to see a way to reply directly through the dashboard to flagged posts, maybe with pre drafted responses tailored to the complaint type. Right now you can spot issues fast but the next step still means switching tabs to address them.
Finally gave this a spin and honestly the early alerts are pretty clutch, like catching a weird review thread on Reddit before it snowballed. Wish the dashboard was a bit easier to skim though, kind of dense on first look.
The alert setup was surprisingly quick to configure and I actually got a useful ping within the first day about a mention I would have totally missed.
