Hello Product Hunt! 👋 This is my first project on Product Hunt! While I’m not aiming to reach the top of the leaderboard, my goal is to connect with people who find my product interesting and are open to collaborating to make it even better. I know there are countless AI products out there doing similar things, but Transfilez focuses on simplicity. It’s designed to help small businesses streamline their workflows with minimal complexity. I’m open to suggestions for new features and integrations with other platforms—if you’re a serious user or have specific needs, let’s talk! What Does Transfilez Offer? Currently, Transfilez supports two main workflows: 1. Email Flow We provide you with a dedicated Transfilez email address to receive forwarded customer emails with attached documents. From there, you can: QuickBooks Integration: Process invoices, bills, or customer details from PDFs, images, or Excel files and automatically create corresponding entries in QuickBooks. Webhook Connection: Extract data from documents and send it to your custom webhook. Email Forwarding: Process documents, extract data, and forward results to your specified email address. 2. File Flow Create customizable form flows to share with your customers. This flow enables you to: Receive documents and other required fields. Process and validate data based on rules you define. Add a payment step to request payments during document submission. This use case is perfect for businesses that need to collect and validate documents while managing payments—such as private school registrations, tax season for accountants, or any business looking to automate document collection and processing.
