I'm Felix, founder of Trailo.

Trailo started as an in-house tool for a staffing agency that drives its workers to client sites every morning and back home after the shift. Planning those runs took two hours a day, and something changed all the time: a driver out sick, a worker out sick, a client cancelling at short notice. On top of that: limited seats per van, arrivals that have to be on time, vehicles that should be full, and no one sitting in a van for too long. There was simply nothing on the market that handled this.

Then I saw the same problem in almost every business with people on the road: many tools are outdated, and most ERP systems have no route optimization at all, or a very weak one. So after months of research, development and conversations with managing directors and dispatchers, I built Trailo.

What I heard in those conversations: dispatchers spend an hour or more every evening juggling jobs in Excel, on paper and in WhatsApp, and the plan is outdated by 9 AM anyway.

Trailo replaces that evening ritual. Import your jobs (CSV, API, or type them in), and Trailo builds optimized multi-driver routes in seconds, respecting time windows, opening hours, driver skills, shifts and recurring service contracts. Fine-tune with drag & drop, and your drivers get everything in the driver app for iOS & Android: navigation, forms, photos, signatures, and an offline mode for sites without signal.

A few things I'm proud of:

🧠 A real route optimizer, not "shortest path with extra steps": multi-stop, multi-driver, multi-depot. It even tells you when you could save an entire driver for the day.

📅 New job coming in? Trailo suggests the best free slot across all vehicles, so you can give the customer a time while they're still on the phone.

💬 You can plan in plain language: "Plan all maintenance appointments in NRW for Wednesday", and review the result before it goes out. (Professional plan, runs with your own LLM API key, so you only pay your provider for what you use.)

🔌 Two ways to use it: as a lightweight add-on next to your existing CRM/ERP (Connect), or as your complete field-service ops system (Operate).

Two honest caveats. First: Trailo is young. The product is live, and I'm running the first onboardings personally right now. Early customers get a direct line to me and real influence on the roadmap. Second: we currently onboard customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with the Netherlands and UK next.
