I built TradePilot because contractors often have plenty of software, but still don’t have a clear picture of what is actually happening across the business. Estimates live in one place, jobs in another, photos on phones, invoices somewhere else — and profit problems often aren’t obvious until it’s too late. TradePilot brings that operating data together and uses AI to help answer practical questions: Which jobs are at risk? Are we pricing work correctly? What needs attention today? What are jobsite photos telling us? Where is profit being lost? The goal was never to build another generic chatbot or project-management tool. It was to build an AI business operating system specifically for contractors, using real job context to help owners make better decisions.
