I grew up around construction. My dad was an electrical contractor, and I watched him run his business for years — bouncing between doing the actual work and handling everything else that comes with owning a trade business: quoting jobs, sourcing materials, keeping the books, finding new work. Most contractors never get trained on the business side of things. They just figure it out while still doing the physical labor every day. My sister and I started TradeFlo OS because of that. We wanted to build something that actually helped electrical contractors with the stuff our dad struggled with. It started as two different ideas. I wanted to build a lead generation company. My sister was already building websites for contractors in the trade. We combined the two — and from there it grew into something bigger than either idea on its own. That's how TradeFlo OS became what it is today: not just leads, not just websites, but a full platform built to run an electrical contractor's business.
