Most screen-time apps rely on willpower: a popup you can dismiss with one tap. Touch Grass is a bedtime guard instead — pick the apps that keep pulling you back in (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), set your sleep hours, and during that window those apps simply stop opening. Need a minute? Snooze for a short grace period and it re-locks itself. Built on Apple Screen Time, fully on-device — the privacy label is literally "Data Not Collected". Free trial, then $3.99/month or $23.99/year.

Tried it last night and the no-dismiss lockdown actually held—I went to grab TikTok around midnight and it just refused. The short snooze is a nice touch, feels like a real guard rather than another nag.
Finally tried this last night and the snooze button is actually generous without being skippable, which was the thing I always hated about Screen Time limits. Wish the free trial was a bit longer to really feel the effect, but the on-device setup was painless.
