Hey Product Hunt, I’m Sipan, building TopMessage.

After ~8 years in customer messaging (including Twilio), I kept seeing the same pattern: sending a campaign is the easy part. The messy part is what happens next, replies scattered everywhere, and no clear signal on what actually worked.


So we built TopMessage to make one loop painless: send SMS & WhatsApp campaigns, handle replies in one inbox, then track clicks + replies so your next campaign is smarter.


Things we obsessed over:

Yep mostly. TopMessage is built for SMBs that sell something and need repeatable outbound.

For ecomm it’s great for: promos, back-in-stock, abandoned cart, delivery updates, winbacks.

We’re building the opposite of “blast and pray”. TopMessage is for real conversations: one shared inbox for replies, opt-out and compliance by default, and follow-ups based on actual engagement.

@sipan_babertsyan Ah, I get what you mean. It could sound like two products stuck together. 🤔 If I were hopping in for the first time, I’d probably start with the inbox. That’s where the chaos usually hides (for me at least 😄 )

But I want to know more about TopMessage, I dod not find tutorial in your website, where can I book a short demo?

@louise_dubois91 thank you, that means a lot. Totally agree, the inbox is where the chaos hides, so starting there makes sense. It’s also the easiest entry point for teams that haven’t had a proper messaging workflow yet, you can start by handling inbound replies cleanly, then layer on campaigns when you’re ready.

How can I integrate this into my automated workflow? Is there an API or is this inly web based?

@khkarens yep, there’s an API, not just web. Most devs can integrate in under ~5 minutes.
If you don’t want to code, you can connect it via tools like Zapier or Make (and similar).

Yo, @TopMessage looks sick, but do you guys work with Salesforce? All my contacts are there, gotta use ’em for campaigns.

@martin45rob thanks! Yep, you can work with Salesforce.

Fastest is no-code: connect Salesforce → TopMessage via Make or Zapier, then trigger messages from Salesforce lists or events.


And if you just want to get going, you can import your contacts into TopMessage from a CSV/EXCEL export too.

is this done via official whatsapp business api channels? if yes, do you help new customers with the paperwork/registration?

@tony_mon yep, it’s the official WhatsApp Business Platform (API) via Meta.

And yes, we handle the registration end to end. Your involvement is minimal, mainly providing business details, the rest we take care of.
