I built TopAgenda after watching salon owners lose money in two very ordinary ways: answering "hi, do you have a slot?" on WhatsApp all day, and eating the cost every time a client didn't show up. Most booking tools here are marketplaces — they own the client relationship and take a cut. TopAgenda does the opposite: you get your own link, your brand, your clients. And you can require a deposit at the moment of booking, which turns out to be the single most effective thing against no-shows. It's live and running real salons and barbershops in Brazil and Portugal. The free plan is genuinely free — no card, no trial countdown. I'd love feedback on two things: 1. Is "require a deposit to book" something you'd expect from a scheduling tool, or does it feel unusual outside Brazil? 2.
