Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I'm excited (and a little nervous!) to share TimeToDecimal with you all today. This is a simple side project born out of my own need. I frequently had to convert time entries like "2:15" into decimal hours (e.g., 2.25) for timesheets and project tracking. While the math (minutes / 60) isn't complex, doing it repeatedly was tedious and sometimes led to silly errors. I looked for a super straightforward, quick online tool just for this, but couldn't find one that was just the converter without extra clutter. So, I decided to build it myself! TimeToDecimal aims to do one thing well: ✅ Instantly convert HH:MM, HH:MM:SS or DD:HH:MM:SS time format to decimals. ✅ Instantly convert decimals back to HH:MM, HH:MM:SS or DD:HH:MM:SS time format. ✅ Offer a clean, minimal interface – no sign-up needed. ✅ Be a fast, free utility for anyone who deals with time tracking. It's built simply with [nuxt.js & tailwind.css] to keep it lightweight. I know it's not a groundbreaking app, but I genuinely hope it can save some of you a few seconds or minutes here and there. As a solo maker, building this was a fun learning experience. I'd be incredibly grateful for any feedback you have: ✅ How does it work for you? ✅ Any suggestions for simple improvements? ✅ Did you spot any bugs? Thanks so much for checking out TimeToDecimal! Looking forward to your thoughts.
