I m Noam, founder of Timeliner.io.
Before building Timeliner, I saw the same setup over and over: ClickUp or Monday for project management, Frame io for review, Google Drive for storage, Slack or WhatsApp for communication, Google Sheets for payment tracking, and Zapier trying to hold it all together.
It kind of works - until volume grows.

I love what you are doing, is it built to integrate with existing tools or workflows?
I have a tool that create content for users, and we want to add an agency service on top of it as a premium offer.
I need an input where my platform create a new project automatically, with media, inputs and requirements.
I need my platform to connect the client data to collaborate with through your platform.
And how to add results in my platform.

@bengeekly Hey Ben, sounds possible, reach out to me in noam@timeliner.io and we will see how we can collab on this
The problem this solves is real and consistently underestimated. Most video agencies aren't running Frame.io — they're running Frame.io + ClickUp + spreadsheets, manually syncing between all three in chat groups. That works until you hit 15+ concurrent projects, then it becomes bloat. Timeliner.io is the best alternative to Frame that currently exists.
The detail that matters most here is the no-account client portal. Getting a client to log into Frame.io to leave feedback almost never works cleanly — it ends up as a WhatsApp message that gets lost. Removing that friction step is worth more than most feature lists.
Congrats on the launch. Best of luck.
