Tile Desk logs every vehicle that arrives, tracks what's invoiced and what's paid on top of it, and hands you a GST-ready purchase ledger, without you touching a spreadsheet.
Tilesk.shop started from a very personal problem. My father runs a tile shop, and whenever I visited, I’d see hundreds of tile designs around me but couldn’t tell their exact codes, prices, or how much stock we had. The staff knew this information from experience, but much of that knowledge lived in their heads. I kept thinking, what happens if one day I have to take over the business? That became the motivation to build a visual product gallery where every tile could be identified by its image and connected to its code, pricing, and inventory. As I worked on it, I realised the problem was much bigger than inventory. Tile businesses also need to calculate how many boxes a customer needs across different rooms, create quotations and invoices, manage purchases from multiple vendors, track vehicles bringing those purchases together, account for freight and unloading costs, and keep track of payments owed to each vendor. So Tilesk.shop evolved from a simple tile gallery into a connected system designed around how a real tile business actually operates.
