I developed Tikkerpower (Screen Addiction Killer) after personally going through screen addiction hell. I love building wild things, but at one point, that useful little device called a mobile phone put almost all of my creative projects on standby.
App blockers didn’t work for me. They leave you trapped in a restless, "distraction-free" limbo without offering an alternative way to handle stress or get a healthy dose of dopamine.
Personal experience—and neuroscience—shows that walking is the ultimate natural tool to regulate stress, shift your brainwaves, and clear mental fog. But having a phone glued to your hand while walking completely ruins those psychological benefits.
