👋 Hi Product Hunt! I'm Salman, the founder of TidyFlow.
Thank you for checking out our launch! 🚀
TidyFlow was built to help cleaning companies replace spreadsheets, paperwork, and disconnected tools with one platform. Many cleaning businesses still struggle with job scheduling, staff coordination, quality inspections, before-and-after photo verification, payroll, invoicing, and client communication. We wanted to simplify all of that.
With TidyFlow, cleaning companies can:
* 📅 Schedule and dispatch jobs
* 👥 Manage teams and clients
* 📸 Capture before-and-after job photos
* ✅ Complete digital inspections and checklists
* 📍 Track field staff activity
* 📄 Generate professional reports
* 💰 Manage payroll and invoicing
* 📱 Work seamlessly across web and mobile
We're just getting started, and your feedback means a lot to us. We'd love to hear:
* What feature stands out the most?
* What would make this even more valuable for your business?
* Is there anything you'd like to see added?
Thanks for your support—we're excited to keep improving TidyFlow with the Product Hunt community! 🙌

How does the two-way Google Sheets sync handle conflicts if someone edits the same job in both places at the same time?
Google Sheets two-way sync uses a simple last-write-wins approach. It does not merge changes or compare timestamps.
Jobs are matched by Unique ID. If the same job is edited in both TidyFlow and Google Sheets, the latest synced data can overwrite the previous changes. There is no conflict warning or merge option.
A short ~1.8-second protection prevents TidyFlow’s own updates from immediately syncing back as new changes.

Curious how the two-way Google Sheets sync handles conflicts when multiple team members edit the same record at the same time? Also wondering what happens if our internet drops mid-job in the field.
The Google Sheets sync uses a last-write-wins approach, so if multiple people edit the same job at the same time, the latest synced change can overwrite the previous one.
If the internet drops while a cleaner is working in the field, the app is designed to keep working and sync the data once the connection is back.

The field app actually works offline, which is huge for crews in spotty coverage areas. The two-way Sheets sync feels like a clever move for smaller ops that live in spreadsheets.

Tried the field app on my Android and the offline mode actually works as advertised, which surprised me. The two-way Google Sheets sync is a nice touch for our small crew.
