I’ve been using this for over 3 years. I love how it adapts to my changing needs - I retest my gut biome every 6 months and they send me my new formula, along with recipes and foods I should eat to help fill in the gaps and improve my gut health. I recommend it to everyone.

Finally, a health app that takes a look at my gut. I heard of these people through a friend of a friend and decided to check it out. I took my test, and I actually had no idea I was lacking in all these bacterias. They allow you to see your stats on individual bacteria, down to the genus and species, which is super useful. I'm not a science guy, but this def clears a lot about my gut for me!

Who knew that my gut needed a boost? Great diagnostic kit that had some helpful details for foods I needed to add to my diet. I also have been using the supplements and also a greens powder. My overall digestion is a whole lot better.

I find it interesting that Richard Lin is so responsive to the comments here. I would not recommend this product due to the very poor customer service. I’ve purchased the Thryve test and emailed their customer service at least 3 times with questions I wanted answered before sending kit back in. Not one email was replied to.

It's rebuilding my decimated microbiome. I'm on permanent prophylactic penicillin after splenectomy when I was much younger. Started to feel quite unwell over the last three years, and thanks to Richard and Thryve products and testing, I'm finally helping to repair my microbiome and feeling much better already, after just a few months on the system. No one else could help, so I'm extremely grateful.
