We’re building Threada for teams that want AI workflow automation they can actually trust.
Threada turns requests, documents, messages, approvals, and follow-ups into governed WorkItems. It grounds answers in company knowledge, routes human review to the right owner, applies policy checks, and keeps an audit trail of what happened and why.
A few things we care about:
- Evidence-backed answers, not generic AI guesses
- Human approvals for sensitive or high-impact work
- Structured workflows across Slack, Jira, Zendesk, webhooks, and other business tools
- Clear ownership, policy checks, and traceable actions
The goal is simple: help teams move from “someone asked for something” to an approved, auditable action without losing context along the way.
