Love it @rdutel! I really like the fact you don't say 100% interaction should be remote, as I think it's clearly impossible in addition of a very bad idea socially speaking.

This is a great way to increase awareness that, often, commuting is optional and it should be a conscious decision to do so. I have added this to my signature and asked my team to do so as well
