This book may not be published in the US right now but it should be. I met the author at a conference we spoke at and after hearing his talk, I begged for a copy. He was a college professor who sold everything he owned to start a 'end-of-the-world' experiment. He thought it would be a Rousseauian dream but it turned into a Hobbesian nightmare (and then a mandatory stint in mental institution). We read so many books where everything goes right--the business succeeds, the experiment is proven right--and not enough about utter and catastrophic failure (also try What I Learned Losing A Million Dollars). If you're a publisher and you're reading this, you should pick this book up
