Great tool - I think you might want to create a tool that has more descriptions and links to resources for small businesses who would find the tool helpful but might not be familiar with the terms you refer to. Also I am unsure if there are any differences for different markets that may need to be taken into account? I also think that on the first option where you select who you communicate with it loos as though the option is just for the EU - whereas many people might market to the EU and beyond - so it made me have to think what to click. Hope this helps.
