The Quit Quotient (QQ) helps you decide whether to double down, pivot, or quit, with a science-backed quiz, practical insights, and next-step guidance.
I built The Quit Quotient after seeing too many smart people (including myself) stay way too long in the wrong role, or quit for the wrong reasons. Most tools tell you to “follow your passion”, but don’t help you make a clear, structured decision.
The core framework behind The Quit Quotient comes from Sandeep Swadia’s video “Watch This for 13 Minutes and You'll Outperform 99% of People” on his YouTube channel theMITmonk. In that video, he breaks down a simple, practical way to think about decisions, which I adapted into three dimensions for careers: Drive, Fit, and Growth.
Huge thanks to Sandeep for sharing this model, it helped me think much more clearly about tough choices, and I hope it does the same for you.
The Quit Quotient gives you a quick score across Drive, Fit, and Growth, then turns that into practical paths: double down and invest more, stay but follow a concrete improvement plan and retake the test in 3–6 months, or seriously consider moving on.
While experimenting with Figma Make, I realized I could turn it into a tiny product in a weekend and iterate from there. Figma Make made it surprisingly easy to go from “rough idea” to something interactive I could share with friends, and now with you.
I’d love feedback on two things:
- Does the scoring and wording make your situation feel clearer?
- What would make this more useful for you (sharing results with a mentor, saving multiple scenarios, something else)?
Happy to answer any questions and really appreciate you checking it out.
