The OurStory App helps people build community through the sharing of short memories about themselves. OurStory helps us realize that we are all more alike than different, it's simple and easy to use, and gives us an excuse to talk about ourselves)
Congrats on the launch,@bri_anna ! 🎉 The framing of "quick break from the chaos to actually connect with people and yourself" really resonates as I find myself fighting with social apps that optimize for the opposite. I also like that it's daily-prompt-driven rather than open-ended. It removes the "what do I even write" friction that kills most journaling apps after week two.
Would love a "look back on this day" or yearly recap feature in the future! Keep up the great work!
@bri_anna Truly love this! I feel like this product can also be described as a brain game/ memory recaller. As someone who struggles with long term recollection, the journal activates me to remember. Certain prompts I have multiple memories that relate and I always challenge myself to dig deeper or in this case dig farther back and it’s been truly supportive in unlocking feelings and memories from way back, make room luminosity.
