I considered PassRight as a very pricey solution to get an O-1, especially the use of those PR companies selling "articles" in press was a hard blocker. Now coming with this ISA solution to keep high price while making it financially acceptable is a really smart move! @joris_paris Thank you! We offer O-1 Visas for $4500 which is as economical as can if compare to other immigration attorneys. However, it can still expensive. The Income Share Agreements are helping reduce financial risk and encourage talent to move to the United States.

@liran_jakob_rosenfeld i guess I had other figures in mind , took it from an email of yours. "The total cost of our services for the O-1 Visa including sponsorship is $18K for our clients wanting to pay upfront which is excluding PR services. While clients who choose to join our ISA program will only begin paying us 17 percent of their total gross salary capped at 30K and 40K depending on the services they require after they have a job."

I am 100% sure that company like PassRight will have a tangible impact on the global environment of startups and scale ups from outside of US. There is still a big gap in founders knowledge on how to enter the US market properly with their International business properly. Myself as a founder, I feel obligated to spread the news about PassRight because they offer a solution to the critical issue of foreign founders - on how to establish their operations in US and be focused on the business side not the legal side.
