The Lift is a retro-style puzzle where you plan the elevator route to deliver every passenger to the correct floor. Each building becomes a small logistics challenge to solve. I came up with this mechanic 8 years ago while working as a CTO. Now, after leaving the corporate world to become an indie developer, I finally built the game — in just 7 days using AI tools.
