Hey! I'm Brie and I spend just about all my time researching, writing, and thinking about how to make company culture great. I came to this work because being a part of great organizations like Stripe, Figma, and Google changed my life and I decided to make it my life’s work to help more companies do the same. Everyone should have that feeling of looking back on something they've created and thinking, “I had no idea I could do that,” and then looking around and thinking “wow, I have so much gratitude for these wonderful people that helped me get there.” The Kool-Aid Factory is a playbook to bringing everyone in an organization together to do their best work. This is the stuff that really matters, and Kool-Aid is the best resource on how to get it right. Brie combines the poetry of what makes teams sing with the brass tacks of what to do to build culture every day. So many gems here for anyone trying to build a great team or do great work.

I've been blown away by how informative and actionable The Kool Aid Factory content is! A friend recommended @zebriez's work when I started a new role and I quickly became hooked. I've found myself revisiting the existing resources frequently and eagerly awaiting new zines. The content goes really deep, is full of tangible examples, and frequently inspires me to think differently about a problem. If anything, I wish I knew about The Kool Aid Factory earlier. I cannot sing the praises of The Kool-Aid Factory enough. Whenever I get stuck on something company culture-related or need inspiration on the direction to take a project, I always turn to Brie’s zines. The planning issue was particularly helpful for our growing company, as we navigated a planning process for the first time together as ~40 people. The steps were clear (we followed every single one!) and we’re incredibly happy with the outcome. Run don’t walk! Thank you, Brie!
