Grey Mirror is the tool I wish existed then. It analyzes full exported message histories, not screenshots, and turns them into relationship metrics, timelines, recurring loops, trajectory shifts, and an evidence-backed report. I spent four years building the parser, upload flow, ML pipeline, report system, and cinematic reveal because I wanted this to feel serious not like a chatbot giving generic advice.
