Many years ago, I saw an episode of Jacques & Julia where they prepared a Caesar salad with the proper recipe/technique, etc. I was surprised how different the Caesar salad has become nowadays, compared to the original.
Anyway, ever since then, I have often wondered what that salad tastes like (specifically, that one that Jacques Pepin made with Julia Child's instruction), compared to what you get now. It must have been glorious...
