(-) Adding more than one hashtag (0.6x) (-) Receiving comments from people who are not your followers (minus 10 points) (+) Higher followers/followings ratio (+) Subscribing to Twitter Blue can increase visibility (2-4x, max 100x) (-) Posting in a different language than the user's basic language setting can reduce visibility.
