The insight that led to building this

For anyone curious about the workflow the biggest insight from building this was something an agency owner said on Reddit: 'Approvals, not production, is what really slows delivery.'

Most agencies I researched were losing 2-3 days per project just waiting on client sign-offs. No system, no automation, just manual chasing over email.

How we built it — and why approvals, not production, is where agencies lose the most time

Built this after going deep into how marketing agencies handle client approvals almost every agency I found was doing it manually. Chasing clients over email, no system, losing days per project not in production but just waiting.
