thatChat is an AI chat widget and operator dashboard that runs on your own hosting: shared PHP hosting, Docker, WordPress or PrestaShop. Bring your own AI key (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, Mistral) with automatic fallback. Modules for lead capture, support with human handoff, FAQ, bookings and e-shop product recommendations. Conversations stay in your database, the AI answers in the visitor's language, and operators reply from the iOS and Android app.

We kept running into the same problem with chat tools for e-shops: every AI chatbot was a hosted SaaS that stored all customer conversations on someone else's server and resold AI tokens with a big markup.
So we built the opposite:
Runs on your hosting. Ordinary shared PHP hosting is enough. No VPS, no root, no Docker required (Docker is available if you want it).
Your own AI keys. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq or Mistral. Set several and thatChat falls back automatically when one fails. You pay the AI provider directly, we never resell tokens.
