I dont find any alternative which is polished and does not provide caregiver tools like if i want to manage my mom medicine i can do it on my dashboard it self with Duo care plan i can add both dad and mom in one dashboard and works very fine i can check their activity and missed reminder i directly gate on my whatsapp if she misses any important medicines
The whole reason you built this was not being able to trust "haan haan liya" over the phone. Doesn't tapping "Taken it" on WhatsApp have the same failure mode though, someone can tap it without actually taking the pill just as easily as they could say yes on a call? Or is the real value more about the reminder actually showing up at the right moment than about the confirmation being verifiable?
honestly the move of putting everything in whatsapp instead of forcing another app download is pretty smart — feels like you actually thought through how people already live on their phones.
@lamar_qian Thanks Ava! That was deliberate most caregivers already live in WhatsApp all day, so it's one less app to install and one less thing to forget. Glad that came through.
@itsbhavesh Thats a great idea and very affordable. With WhatsApp reminders, it's easy for everyone to understand and take the medicine on time. The before and after lunch is a nice touch I see that you have a pharmacy partner option as well. Kudus on the launch.
@roopesh_donde Thanks so much Roopesh! Glad the before/after-lunch timing landed that came from realizing "twice daily" wasn't precise enough for real households
@itsbhavesh Also, i think you can try some gamification here, taking medicine on time can earn streaks. complete a full course can earn badge.
