Awesome launch, congrats team!! Any favorite agents you've collected into your ecosystem?
@teaganyuen thanks teagan! i'm biased since i built soar for travel haha, but other honorable mentions is noscroll, tomo, 222. anything you'd want to see?
@stannno Bond and Instinct hehe
Many congratulations. This works with regular SMS or iMessage?
@rohanrecommends mostly iMessage but some are now actually both!
@stannno Good launch ! Is there a filter to see free Agents?
@adana it's coming! hang tight!
could an agent have multiple use cases or does each one belong to a single category?
@croft_benjamin there is a home for generalists! although the specialists seem to attracted higher value users
The idea of texting an agent instead of opening an app feels surprisingly natural. Congrats @stannno
@olivia_bennett7 Thank you Olivia! and easily accessible on all 1.5 billion iPhones in production by default
The no-account, one-text-to-start onboarding is genuinely frictionless, that part's well solved. My hesitation is more about discovery and trust once the catalog gets past a couple hundred agents - how do you vet what an agent actually does with the number and message content once you've texted it, since there's no app permission screen to eyeball like there would be on a normal app store?
@galdayan We run tests before launching to vet. maybe could open source the process!
@stannno Open sourcing the vetting checklist would go a long way - even a simple published rubric (what the test suite actually checks before an agent gets listed) would let users judge trust without you having to build a full review system. Would genuinely use that as the "permission screen" equivalent.
