TeamPics could be a good way to show off your company culture and add a little transparency but it's unclear if this feed is public or can be made public. Occasionally I share screenshots on Twitter of Slack conversations with the team. I think people enjoy getting a glimpse behind the scenes. At least I do with companies I follow.
