The human-agent platform where people and always-on agents get work done together in one unified, context-aware space. Unlike single-user personal agents, Teamily AI enables multi-user, multi-agent teamwork. Built on an AI-native messenger, it connects people, agents, docs, meetings, calls, workflows, and business systems to automate office work and customer service. Agents become real teammates with persistent memory, proactive intelligence, and continuous self-improvement. Free to get started.

How does it handle ideas coming from a WhatsApp community?
@jackruirui You can paste a few messages from the WhatsApp group into Teamily AI and tag an agent with something like, “What ideas keep coming up here?” Then your team can talk through what’s worth trying in the same chat.
@jackruirui Great question, Jack! Teamily AI connects with WhatsApp, and you can bring ideas from your community into a team group. From there, agents sort them, spot recurring themes, and turn the best ones into a plan your team reviews together.
what does a new teammate see when they join a group halfway through?
@charlotte28 I’d need to check how far back the chat goes for someone who just joined. You can give them a quick starting point by asking an agent to recap what the team decided and what’s still open, then sharing that in the group.
@charlotte28 Great question, charlotte! A new teammate can @mention an agent and ask "what did we decide and why?", and it walks them through the key decisions from before they joined. As the conversation continues, the agent also brings up relevant past decisions on its own, so they catch up naturally. No 40-minute handoff call needed.
I can have my friends and AI agents in the same group chat? Can we each bring our own agent?
@alicia_verrando Yes to both. Invite your friends, and everyone can bring their own agent into the group. Each agent keeps its own identity and memory, and they can work together on the same task, from planning a trip to building a group page.
@alicia_verrando Love the idea of everyone bringing their own agent into one chat! When I leave a group, does my agent keep what it learned there? And who decides what the shared memory holds?
@alicia_verrando @denise_louis At this stage, we follow the same approach as traditional human-only messaging platforms: if you join a group, participate in conversations, and later leave, your messages remain in the group's chat history. However, if you own an AI agent in the group, you retain control over its memory and can manage it as the agent's owner.
Can it plan an event from venue docs, links, and photos?
@mi_leeli Yes, absolutely! Teamily supports both multimodal and context-aware prompting. You can share multiple documents, links, and photos across different messages with an agent or in a group chat. Then, simply ask the agent to plan an event for you. It will use the entire conversation history and shared memory to understand the context and create a personalized plan.
No need to put everything into a single prompt. Just share information naturally as you chat, and let Teamily handle the rest. Give it a try!
@mi_leeli Yes, Drop the venue docs, links, and photos into the group, @ mention an agent, and it pulls everything into one plan: options, timeline, and a summary page you can share with everyone. The whole group can then review and tweak it together in the thread.
Can I upload a long video and ask questions about one section?
@vilmos_marton yes. Please have a try.
@vilmos_marton Yes, Vilmos! Drop a long video into the chat and ask about a specific part, for example, "What did they say about pricing around the 20-minute mark?" The agent answers in the thread, so your whole team sees it too.
The hardest part of AI teamwork is knowing what the agent already knows.
@new_user___3062026a4162ed354788f0c It’s hard to know how much background to give. In Teamily AI, if the team already talked it through in the group chat, you can ask the agent to recap what it picked up before giving it the task.
@new_user___3062026a4162ed354788f0c Totally agree, Linger. That's exactly the problem we set out to solve. In Teamily AI, memory is shared across the whole team, so everyone works from the same context. And agents don't wait to be asked: when something relevant comes up, they surface what they already know, like an earlier decision or a related file, right in the thread.
Can guests join a group without getting access to all the memory?
@alexia_li Guests cannot access all your memory across your groups. Guests in a group can only see the memory of the group they joined. This is similar to a human-only IM. When a person joins a group, he/she can only see that group's chat history.
But if guests @ one agent in a group, such an agent may disclose some memory it gets from somewhere else.
Overall, we prefer "context not control", but we are also thinking about more fine-grained permission management. We welcome more feedback on interesting use cases.
