Hello Product Hunt Community šŸ‘‹ This is our first launch on PH and We're super excited to introduce Team Availability System (TAS) to the world. The idea began from my conversations with friends who are leading small teams to do meaningful fieldwork in various industries. Problem šŸ¤• 1. Resource planning is a daily chore 2. The availability of the team members is often communicated through group chats informally 3. Keeping track of the availability is tedious work Solution šŸ”Ø To tackle this problem, Team Availability System was born. With the overall system design thought out, coming up with Notion templates can be very fast. The UI is decent to meet the needs of a regular user too. Features āœØ šŸ§® View the number of people who is available or away for today (TAS does all the calculations!) ā›± View the people who are going to be away for the week, for planning ahead! šŸ’Ø Enter the leaves of the team members with ease using the Leave Entry Page šŸ“… View the leaves taken across time using the calendar view TAS is free and we hope you will give it a try and reclaim some of your planning time for more productive work!

@walterteng Cool! When I used to work in Agencys, we just checked in on Slack, where communication usually naturally takes place. So it might be the ultimate availability tool for notion & slack based startups šŸš€
