As five students who struggle with creating a weekly meal plan consisting of tasty, quick and easy recipes, we were determined to simplify the process. No longer facing the hassle of contemplating what required groceries to buy. The solution: TastyPlan. Say goodbye to the stress of figuring out what to cook each week and enjoy the convenience of a personalized meal plan. ⚡ What is TastyPlan? TastyPlan is an AI-powered application that generates a personalized plan based on your dietary preferences and intolerances. Our application also creates a shopping list, which can be categorized into food groups to shop most efficiently. TastyPlan supports its users throughout the entire process, from planning over shopping to cooking diverse and simple recipes. With its attractive and user-friendly design, TastyPlan enhances the everyday cooking experience. 🚀 Our Future Plans In the future, our goal is to implement a recommender system to adjust the week plan recipes individually for each user. In addition, TastyPlan will create the week plan accordingly to avoid leftover ingredients and minimize food waste. We will also provide a customizable shopping list. Because everybody has their own favorite recipes these will also be includable in your meal plan. So stay tuned for more updates! As a national athlete and coach, this would be helpful in maintaining the weight of my athletes healthily. What kind of dietary preferences and restrictions does TastyPlan take into account when generating customized meal plans for its users?

@al_llamas Yes of course! It is possible to select the dietary forms (vegan, vegetarian, omnivore, pescetarian, flexitarian), existing allergies and food dislikes. @carolin_doht that's awesome! I think you got it spot on. If I can suggest also creating different options like high protein low carb plans specifically based on the kcal per day that the user needs. Probably have a specialist in computing the calories per day that your users need so you would be the one stop shop for meal plan enthusiast. :D I wish I could try your product!

Great idea guys. For someone like me who lives with crazy dietary restrictions having this definitely makes life simpler. I had a couple of suggestions though: 1. It’d be nice to have the option to add restricted food items over and above what’s listed there 2. Would be great if you could add more cuisines
