TaskFord

What's great

organizing projects and tasks (1)tracking team resources and time (1)different views: table, kanban, timeline (1)

My team uses Taskford to manage projects, track who’s doing what, log hours, and keep budgets in check. The Table View makes it easy to see tasks, deadlines, workloads, and costs all in one place.

What needs improvement

  • Reporting for larger projects could be clearer

vs Alternatives

I picked Taskford over tools like Asana, ClickUp,.. because it combines project, resource, time, and basic financial tracking in a single workspace that makes sense for an agency. With traditional tools we either had to patch together multiple apps (one for tasks, one for time tracking, one for budgets) or deal with features we never used that just made things more complicated.

Does automation handle cross-project dependencies and handoffs?

Automations exist for task updates and notifications, but cross-project dependencies and complex handoffs aren’t fully supported yet.

Does it support multi-currency and tax handling?

Taskford lets us track budgets and expenses

How steep is the learning curve for non-PM users?

The learning curve is mild for non-PM users. Most team members can pick up Table and Kanban views quickly, though advanced features like custom fields or timeline management may take some guidance.

AssetLoom | IT Asset Operations Platform
Overall, AssetLoom works great, but I wish there were more customization options for reports and dashboards to better fit our company’s needs. We trust AssetLoom to keep our asset data secure. The audit logs and access control features give us full visibility into asset movement
