My co-founder and I are incredibly excited to share TaskCart with you all today.
We are a lean team of just two founders, and we both wear the developer hats. Like many of you, we spent years freelancing and running into the exact same wall: our workflows were scattered across a chaotic mess of Trello boards, separate billing tools, client emails, and cloud storage links. We spent more time managing our tools than actually doing the work we love.
We built TaskCart to fix that. It is a unified platform designed to bring your entire freelance workflow into a single, cohesive dashboard.

Stripe Connect Integration: Connect your own Stripe account in a few clicks. Issue professional invoices and get paid directly by your clients, we take a 0% cut.
Structured Task Requests: Let your clients submit project updates or requests with a suggested budget inside their portal, giving you a clear queue to review and approve before work starts.

For the Devs
For the fellow builders in the community curious about what is under the hood: TaskCart is built using a highly performant stack featuring SvelteKit paired with Svelte 5, Tailwind CSS v4, and PostgreSQL 16 via Drizzle ORM. We manage background workflows using BullMQ/Redis and host the entire platform via a multi-replica Docker Compose setup on a custom VPS for maximum uptime.
We are going to be hanging out in the comments all day to answer your questions, listen to your feature requests, and chat about how we can make freelancing a little less stressful.
