We built Taiyaki because your most precious memories deserve more than a flat print or generic trinket. As Stanford engineers who went on to design consumer electronics and novel materials at Apple, we watched every “custom” platform stall at 2D or force you into complex CAD tools. So we created an AI-driven, end-to-end pipeline that turns any photo or sketch into a production-ready 3D model in seconds and then crafts it in sterling silver, gold vermeil, or 14k gold. What’s unique is the fusion of cutting-edge computational geometry with true artisanal jewelry-making. Considering the emotional significance of these keepsakes what happens if a customer isn’t happy with the final product? Is there a policy for revisions or refunds?

@rock_rr Hi Rock, great question. Since each charm is custom-made from your photo and can’t be reused or resold, all sales are final. That said, if something goes wrong like damage during shipping or a clear production error, we’ll absolutely make it right. I love the concept. Do you ship internationally or are you currently limited to certain regions?

Amazing tool. Can users upload several images and receive tailored recommendations on which one would best fit your design process?

@vera_adams1 Thank you! At the moment, we support one image upload per design, and our system automatically simplifies and adjusts it to make sure it can actually be manufactured. Multi-image upload with our own recommendation/smart filtering is something we’re planning to add soon!

Right now, we generate the design from a single image, but we’re exploring ways to bring in more context: multiple images, sketches, even short prompts about the memory.
