A strong support system is crucial for any paid product, and TailAdmin's team failed to deliver on this front. TailAdmin promises a comprehensive solution for developers looking to expedite their back-end and dashboard development, it underdelivers on several fronts. From customization woes and poor documentation to performance issues and lackluster support, my experience was fraught with frustrations.
