Hey Product Hunt!
I'm Xavier, indie dev based in France. After 3 months of building and shipping TagTrack, I'm excited to share it with this community.
**The Problem:** I struggled with habit tracking apps that required too many taps. Open app, find habit, tap button, close app. Too much friction = habits die.
**The Solution:** TagTrack uses NFC tags and QR codes to remove ALL friction. Stick a tag on any object, tap your phone = habit logged. That's it.
**Real-world examples I use daily:** - NFC tag on my water bottle → tap = hydration logged - QR code on my gym door → scan when I enter = workout tracked - Tag on my guitar case → tap when I practice = session recorded - Code on my meditation cushion → scan = mindfulness logged
**What's inside v1.6:** - Instant logging with NFC and QR codes (works on ALL iPhones) - Gamification system with XP, levels, and badges - Powerful analytics with streak tracking - CSV export - own your data completely - Available in 5 languages (EN/FR/ES/PT/DE)
**Tech stack:** Built with SwiftUI, CloudKit for sync, Core NFC framework. Solo bootstrapped project, nights and weekends over 3 months.
**What I'd love from this community:** - Honest feedback on the concept and execution - Ideas for use cases I haven't thought of - Suggestions for future features (Apple Watch? Widgets?)
Thanks for checking it out. Happy to answer any questions!
