I'm a freelance product designer and I also used to run a small agency. I was always looking for tools to manage my clients and leads, to make sure I don't forget to send a message, to keep in touch, and to see the bigger picture. I was also using Figma to create my invoices, but I always wanted a tool just for this. I don't like keeping a dozen tabs open, I wanted everything in just one browser tab. That's why I created Tabrio: an all-in-one tool with automatic status updates, a to-do list, an invoice generator, and a place to keep all my contracts. I can even scan a contract with AI and get a report that points out the main pain points, things I should be aware of before signing, or suggestions to ask my client for an edit. I'm still working on this tool. Right now I've built what I personally needed, but I want to learn from others and understand which features matter to more people.
