Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Nangyal, founder of TableAI. Building this because most small restaurants don't need what full POS systems are selling. Toast is $500-1,500/month. Square for Restaurants is $60+/month plus hardware. Meanwhile, the corner café, food truck, or family bistro is running operations informally — WhatsApp messages to staff, sales in a notebook, inventory in the owner's head. TableAI turns the WhatsApp thread that restaurants already use into a real operations layer. Text what happened; get a briefing at 7am the next morning. No new app, no dashboard, no staff training. Currently in free early access, working with a few restaurants directly. Would love feedback from anyone in the restaurant/hospitality tech space — what am I missing?

Hi everyone

Just went live in early access with TableAI a WhatsApp-based operations tool for small restaurants, caf s, and food trucks.

The premise: most small restaurants don't need what full POS systems (Toast, Square, Clover) are selling. They're already running operations informally through WhatsApp messaging staff, coordinating with suppliers, tracking sales in the group chat. TableAI turns that existing WhatsApp habit into structured operations. Text sales, inventory, and staff updates; get a briefing at 7am the next morning summarizing what happened.

Currently free during early access. Working with a handful of restaurants directly to figure out what actually helps in real day-to-day operations vs what only sounds good in a marketing pitch.
