Tab Wrangler

I'm a bit nervous to start using it, even though I know it will be good for me. I'm very attached to my 20+ tabs and I'm not sure I'm ready to let them go after just 12 hours. As @joostschuur said maybe 24 or 48 hours would be a good upper limit so I can ease in to this.

I was made aware of this awesome Chrome Extension a few days ago. It automatically closes inactive tabs (you set the interval), and lets you grab them right back or close them permanently. It's been really useful for my productivity (and sanity).

This was made for me.

It seems to have a 720 minute (12 hour) limit right now. I really wanted to set this to 2 days. I'm pretty sure there's a valid reason why I'd _actually_ want it to be much less than that, but it's a shame I can't start at 2 days and work my way down :(

Yes, combine with Onetab and Tab Bundler and maaaaaybe I can finally have tab sanily.

I. Need. This. Constantly get to a point where my comp slows down because -- look at that! -- I've got 40 tabs open across 3 windows again. I've been struggling to find something that will automatically constrain me and get me out of my bad habit of digging deep into tab hell. Excited to try it out, thanks!

Each time I see someone with dozens of open tabs I recommend him using this tool, and I always get good feedbacks

Pros:

Amazing tool. I finally got rid of countless opened tabs, while still being able to reach them when I need them

Cons:

When just starting using it you may sometimes forget it's working and wonder where was that tab gone
