Body recognition works like a charm, good job guys!

Great idea! I will try it out with your promo code. When do those promo codes expire? Could I start my trail in March?
Dilan Dane 🎈
Thank you @javier_sanchez_mejorada1! Promo is for the first 100 people who sign up. If you sign up now though, you can certainly schedule your first coach call to be later in March. Trial begin on the day of the first coach call.

Love this! The application of AI is awesome. Gym's just opened up in my area again, but if they close down again I'll check this out!
Dilan Dane 🎈
Thank you @james_afino! We use AI to enhance the trainer/trainee relationship, not to replace it. With System2, the trainer sees you workout and are able to leave you precise feedback, tweak the program to your needs, motivate you, and help you avoid injuries. AI is used to give the trainer superpowers at doing this job - which we think will soon surpass the abilities of what a live trainer can do. Also, System2 works great even if you do go to the gym. It's all about having that extra support & constantly tweaked workout plans to use whatever equipment you have access to 😊

cool

Thanks, I think so too!! 😉

Great product. Will the "AI analytics" be available to the trainer only or to the user as well? If so how long can I keep them? It would be nice to see a quantifiable trend
Dilan Dane 🎈
@gullisc Thank you Guglielmo! We absolutely plan to expose all the analytics to the user, so that they can track their progress in many new ways. At the moment, the vision based data is only available to trainers. We find that the human interpretation of the data really helps at the current phase, while we are perfecting the computer vision models.

Amazing! Reminds me a bit of future.fit, but with much more detailed feedback on form
Dilan Dane 🎈
@derekpankaew Thanks Derek! Future is a great product, and we are on a similar mission. That said, we think there's a big piece missing from existing remote training products: the depth and breadth of the relationship between the trainer and the trainee. Our hypothesis is that while customized workout programs combined with text message nudges from professional trainers are a key part of the story, they are ultimately an insufficient replacement for IRL training. System2 is built around the notion that for a sustainable fitness practice to develop and be fully integrated into one's life, mentorship, guidance, and a genuine relationship with someone who cares about your transformation will go further than customized workouts and nudges alone ever could. And for that, your trainer needs to not only know THAT you worked out, but exactly how it went. They need well-designed tools to review each and every workout and give you day-to-day, week-to-week feedback on your form, speed, agility, and strength. This is what you get when you work with a trainer in real-life, so there's no reason why you should *not* have that same level of connection and precision whether you're at home, on the road, or anywhere in the world your smartphone can connect to the internet. And with the machine vision tech we're developing, trainers will soon be able to give feedback that goes far beyond that.

@dilan I love that! So each session is not treated independently. Instead, it's treated as an ongoing relationship. Dig it!
Daniel Rhodes
Congrats on the launch! What traits do you look for in trainers on the platform? What’s the biggest difference between doing training on the app versus in person?
Dilan Dane 🎈
Thank you @daniel_rhodes! All our trainers have NASM or equivalent certifications and years of experience at top gyms in the US like Equinox. But more than anything else, we look for trainers who are incredibly empathetic and truly enjoy building a real relationship with their clients, which I think is a key reason why our users love the product. As for differences with in-person training, System2 is built to create a remote training experience that replicates that live experience as much as possible while making it even better in some ways. The biggest advantages of remote training are lower cost and much more flexibility. Existing remote training solutions however are mostly limited to text based messaging, where's the crucial component of the trainer being able to see you and guide you is missing. System2 fixes that by using async video. Our trainers review your workout recordings and can give you precise feedback on your form, point out where you've improved (sometimes before you even become conscious of it) and make suggestions to reduce the likelihood of injuries. The videos combined with computer vision powered tools help the trainers keep track of your form, speed, agility, and strength day-to-day and week-to-week which makes their insight into your progress even better than using an in-person trainer with time.
