Swornmark scans websites against the EU AI Act's Article 50 disclosure rules, drafts the disclosures that are missing, records a named sign-off, and issues a tamper-evident certificate anyone can verify. The scan is free and takes about a minute.
We built Swornmark because the EU's AI disclosure rules went live in August and almost nobody who runs an ordinary website knows where they stand. The rules are more reasonable than the panic suggests, reviewed text needs no label at all, but images have no such escape and most sites cannot say which of their images are AI generated. So we made the check take a minute instead of a fortnight. The scan is free, and if your site is clean it will tell you that and you can close the tab. Ask me anything about Article 50, it is seven paragraphs and I have read them more times than I care to admit. Everything on our own site is disclosed and signed, obviously, we would look like tremendous fools otherwise.
