To say that this 'Looks very useful' is an understatement. With lots of companies doing away with receptionists and other gatekeepers, this product ensures that, providing their audience is up for non-human communication, inquires are tended to and questions are provided 'on-script' answers and responses. Which will allow them to do what they do best, tend to the meat and potatoes of their business.
I can't wait to try this out to see how my small business clients respond to it.
