Why I built this: I'm a developer working on side projects and small team work. Trello felt too loose - everything became a mess. Jira felt like overkill - I spent more time configuring workflows than actually working. I just wanted something in between. What I learned building it: My first onboarding flow had 100% drop-off. I was asking users for too much info upfront. Had to completely strip it down. Mobile matters way more than I expected. Drag and drop is terrible on phones, so I built a tap-to-move system instead.
