I love super productivity, it's simple and yet customizable and it is extremely feature rich. It has everything a person needs to become productive and also increase it. Not to mention it also has sync. And the app is also actively worked.

What needs improvement

UI can be improved.

It is completely free, open source, my data is secure, it has sync, it is all the features i need. That's why i chose super productivity.

TLDR: It's really almost a perfect productivity tool. I started using this a few weeks ago to keep track of my workload and does an almost perfect job. On top of backlog management, you get a very good overview, prioritization matrix and even a built-in kanban style board. It does get confusing at times, but it is also my fault for not reading all the docs, but some other UX things are quite counter-intuitive.

Absolutely amazing for tracking time spent on different tasks. I use WakaTime, to track my coding activity, but that doesn't allow me to plan, what I should spend my time on. Super Productivity lets me easily prioritize tasks for the day. I use their Focus Mode basically like a pomodoro timer, and it worked wonders in terms of productivity and reducing distractions for me!

The best task management tool I ever used. It gives me the flexibility to handle small and simple projects with the same ease as big and complex project and records the time I spent on each task. There are many features which show that the developer of the tool is using the tool and has as lot of work experience.

Simply the best tool for planning your tasks. It just amaze me how well thought is every part of the UX. Quick, simple yet very powerful. If I could ask just one thing would be integration with Zappier / Pabbly to enhance even more Superproductivity workflow.

Nice app, helps me to track my productivity hours and also with a pomodoro timer. I've my stuff sync with Dropbox (the app has te option) and can use on all my machines and the phone with the same track. Perfect app
