TLDR: It's really almost a perfect productivity tool. I started using this a few weeks ago to keep track of my workload and does an almost perfect job. On top of backlog management, you get a very good overview, prioritization matrix and even a built-in kanban style board. It does get confusing at times, but it is also my fault for not reading all the docs, but some other UX things are quite counter-intuitive.
