hey @karnsaroya there's been a lot of pushback in, say, music, against the idea that algorithms can pick better than people. how do you think this matches up in fashion? side note: my sister's a personal stylist :P
Darn. I was excited to check it out, but from what I can tell, it's only for women's clothing at the moment. Any plans to expand to men's clothing as well?
(Minor thing: it would be great if the app could use iOS profiles for Twitter login, as it does for Facebook login)

I see a lot of Normcore; lack of on trend looks. Filters would help users to search and follow trend setters.
Adding: Mandatory "shop the look tags" otherwise what's the point?
Search: Don't care about users, want to find looks, brands, occasions, SIZE matters! (poshmark)
I may love a dress that's plus size but hesitant to follow = get plus size results?
"Shop the Look"
I can also identify what brand someone is wearing for non-tagged "shop the look" tag attribution.
Followers: Add a few top suggested people to follow according to your style. I don't have the time to go through hundreds of less than stellar outfits.
Liked: I honestly don't care who else has liked a specific look. What's the reasoning behind this?
Dislike: Fast way to learn users wants and needs.
Follow: There are users who have a few great looks but not all of them. Is this a feasibility issue?
A few UI / UX issues easily fixed.

@eriktorenberg The idea is not to replace human intuition around style and fit, but to make finding what's right for you easier (solves the digging problem). Our iPhone app tries to predict the outfits/items you'd be interested in by taking into account your actions on previous outfits (i.e. double-tap on a specific item etc.). We're seeing success here, the propensity to like outfits/items goes up dramatically the more you use the app.
@guygal We're building a company that will power dynamic search and product recommendations across all apparel and footwear e-commerce properties. There are plenty of fashionistas on the team and we're all sold on pushing forward this generational shift for A&A e-commerce. Under the hood of our consumer products, you'll find tech that can dynamically reorganize product grids to reflect the tastes and preferences of each customer. For example, you and I both visit JCrew.com, and see the same static product grid for a search of 'black v-neck sweater'. Stylekick will create a distinct experience on the site for each of us, and every other JCrew customer based on our observed style and fit preferences. Our app helps us to refine our learnings across thousands of brands right from the start - something no one else in the personalization space can say.
